Hurricane Harvey and Irma

What a challenge to watch the destruction Hurricane Harvey made in Texas . 😕

From getting  flooded, donating to others who lost cars, houses, and belongings. , The hurt and and prayers were shared.  The next thing I know I am getting my own home ready with water bottles, sandbags  and lawn care, as Hurricane Irene wobbles around Florida and slams right into my neighborhood. 

Eating crackers and cookies for days,  when the electricity would be restored.
My faith was truly challenge and stretched in the  past days. 🙇

Reminded of Psalm 91, as I learned about property and lives lost in my own  community.
Hope I will be more ready the next time challenges come my way !
